This house has been in the family for three generations. Our clients have decided to make it their retirement home and so it was time to renovate the property and make it suitable for future living standards. We have designed a 2 storey timber frame extension to create an additional living space and bedroom. Should it be required in the future, the ground floor living space can be converted to a bedroom with en-suite. A new garden room is nestled in the trees and overlooks the surrounding hills. The timber will be locally sourced from sustainably managed Welsh forests.
