The concrete pool shell has been poured at Maes Y Porth. This project will be undertaken in two phases. The first is to create an outdoor pool and in a few years the second will be to enclose it, so it can be swam in all year round.

Aiming to be water tight before winter sets in at Nyth Pren. Funny thing is that if the straw bales are not sheathed fairly promptly and get wet, they will start to sprout new growth! 

CPD TRAINING

You may not know... but all construction projects requiring more than one contractor must appoint a Principal Designer. A Principal Designer risk assesses the health and safety of everyone affected by the construction of a new building project, typically until the Principal Contractor takes on the project. Jonathan recently completed the RIBA training course and can to offer this service to all our clients.

During lockdown we were unable to get out and we both noticed it was harder to switch off at the weekend and be present with family and friends.
