Site visit to Llanethdy Gwyn - the Cheese Factory. The manufacturing area is now operational and processing sheep's milk to make delicious cheeses and yoghurts. The client is now looking for a tenant for the first floor cafe .

We love working with Evans Wolfenden Partnership Structural Engineers. They often model the structure in 3D, even for some of our smaller projects, like Ty Felin, which helps us check that everything fits together as it should.

Time to start my own renovation project on this Victorian house. We (Jonathan & family) have just moved to West Kirby, Wirral. Looking forward to water sports on the marina. I will be covering this side of North Wales, Cheshire and Merseyside and Chris will continue to cover North Wales and Anglesey. Exciting times!!

Construction underway for the retrofit of Tan Yr Esgair, Rhuthun. Breathable woodfibre insulation wraps around the house and bead insulation is blown into the masonry cavity to improve the thermal envelope.
