We've completed our building regulation drawings for Erw Fair. Now it is time to get the structural engineer on board. looking forward to tendering this one in the next year.

Just the balcony balustrade to go and then all is done at Min Y Mor. It has been an extensive renovation and extension project, but all worth it when you have a site by the estuary like this.

Planning approval for Erw Fair. Another project that has been in the client's family for three generations. We have extended the house to create an additional bedroom and living area. We have also designed a garden office secluded within a copse of trees.

The day has finally come for the Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) to be installed at  Cae Wllf. The Timber Cooperative arrived with a crane and created a weather tight extension in just 3 days.

Planning approval for Dyffryn Barn. The barn has been in the client's family for three generations and had fallen into disrepair. They wanted to maintain the existing character, so we made subtle interventions to bring this property back to life.

It was great to attend the official opening of the Llanethdy Gwyn. The local community made it down the valley despite the unexpected March snowfall and were warmly welcomed by live music and lots of tasty cheeses.

Great to receive planning approval for the extension and renovation to Ty Melyn. We will be stripping the render off the existing bungalow to return it back to the original stone. The rear extension adds three small bedrooms for the kids and a kitchen-diner.

Chris is undertaking his own renovation at home. The small, one up one down house adjacent his home became available last year. Yr Hen Ladd-dy, ‘the old slaughterhouse’ will be joined to his Snowdonian cottage by a new timber frame porch.
