We believe low-carbon houses are essential for social housing. A project like our design for Mynytho might cost 5-10% more to build in materials, but the energy running costs are a 10th compared to traditional houses. They could irradiate fuel poverty, particularly for the more vulnerable.

We are undertaking a full renovation and designing a timber frame extension to this beautiful stone house, Cae Hywel. It was great that the Council were open to the timber cladding, as it is not always a given in North Wales.

Excited that we have planning approval and are moving onto the building regulations stage. This renovation is a full-retrofit, including internal wall insulation, air source heat pump and photovoltaic panels. We will also undertake flood mitigation measures to protect this house into the future.

This large family home, which includes an indoor pool has incredible views towards Conwy Castle. Although you couldn't really tell on the day we did our measured survey, as it poured down with rain.

We submitted a tender for social housing in Gwynedd for the site at Maes Llwyd. Our concept was to create a modular house that is pre-engineered to expanded from 2-4 bedrooms with minimum interventions.
