This Edwardian house was bought in a poor state of repair. Jonathan has been slowly renovating the house, taking the walls back to brick and undertaking a full rewire. The kitchen and dining room will be knocked into one and a new sliding door will open out into the garden. The first floor will be reconfigured to create four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The plan for the future is to create one or two bedrooms in the attic.
